For sale is this stunning Napoleon III brooch, form circa 1850. It has more than 150 years old.
It can be worn as a pendant, as a chain can perfectly be passed in the attach of the brooch.
The brooch is depicting a clover or Roman rounded cross shape, which is my most preferred shape ever.
The materials are quite stunning, it’s in solid silver, and plated with golds of different colours : yellow and green plated gold, and copper (or maybe pink plated gold).
The result is harmonious in colours, with floral decor, in the easily recognisable Napoleon III style.
At the center of the rounded cross, there is false pearl in copper.
It can be seen as a religious charm, because it has the shape of the Roman’s Cross.
It can also be seen as a four leaves clover, and be a lucky charm. as you wish =)
It will be fantastic on any dress for a party, as brooches are coming back in fashion.
