This is a fantastic ring! This impressive french work was made with an old chimera element, which were taken from another jewel, and then fixed on a 18K yellow gold ring.
The chimera element is an antique estimated to come from around 1900, or maybe even older than this.
It was then fixed on the ring around 1950.
___ The chimera is stunning, and is representing some kind of furry animal fused with plants. It’s beautiful.
It’s very valuable, firstly by its weight (more than 7g) and by the fact that it’s a unique piece. Nobody will have the same as you. You won’t ever find a chimera gold statement ring like this anymore, anywhere.
